My cooking style features nutrient-dense, veggie-forward, and bold-flavored takes on classic dishes, like: Miso Glazed Salmon with coconut rice and a smashed cucumber salad, Scallion Braised Chicken Thighs with herb roasted potatoes and roasted asparagus, and Homemade Pasta with a lemony cherry tomato sauce with blistered broccolini. I work with clients to customize menus and can accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and taste preferences. I emphasize cooking with locally-sourced, organic, non-processed foods and minimize food waste and single-use plastic wherever possible.
